Air-Comms Training is certified to conduct the English LPE exams for pilots and air traffic controllers, and to issue certificates.
LPE test
Language problems between pilots and air traffic controllers could cause accidents or incidents. Therefore, ICAO has established English Language Proficiency Requirements (LPR) for pilots and air traffic controllers operating in an international environment. In general, this means that pilots and air traffic controllers must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English using RT phraseology as well as plain English.
